All my research and development have been aimed at creating programs to assist you in reaching your goals, regardless of your exercise background. Your personal training will be designed to provide you with the proper means to achieve your desired results.

I’m very proud of the clients we train, and have very high expectations for them. At the same time, I stress that as a client you are ultimately responsible for your own achievements. Therefore, while you are having Farm Fit Training with us we expect the following:

Please be aware that commitment and attendance are necessary to reach your goals, so I operate a zero-refund cancellation policy once accepted into FFT. This is a 6-week 1:1 coaching program in FFT.
