I'm Coach Nigg, but most people know me as FarmFitMomma, and I built FarmFit Training because I was done watching good people fail on bad plans.
At FFT, I break down the science behind every move so you know exactly why you’re doing it — and you never have to wonder if the plan will actually work.
What sets me apart? My programs are built for people with loud, messy lives. Parents juggling schedules. Farmers who can’t stop for perfect conditions. Nurses and shift workers running on fumes. Anyone tired of plans that look great on paper but collapse the moment life gets heavy.

MY MISSION

MY STORY
It was one of those mornings where nothing went right. Half-light in the garage. Cold enough to see your breath. I was tearing through shelves and bins, hunting for the one backpack my son swore he needed for his last day of daycare.
By the time I gave up and promised to drop it off later, the day already felt off. Restless in a way you can’t name, but you feel it sticking to your skin.
I walked him up to the sitter’s door, still guilty about the backpack, when my phone started buzzing. Once. Twice. Again. Eight times. My husband’s name lit up the screen.
He never called like that.
When I picked up, his voice wasn’t the one I knew. It was broken, breathless.
“The house is on fire. I crawled out the master window. You need to get here now.”
By noon, our family home was gone. Fire crews lined the yard, hoses snapping and spraying, steam lifting off blackened beams. Papers had burned into lace. Toys slumped into shapes I’ll never forget.
That was the line in the dirt for me. I could’ve given up. Instead, I picked up a pair of dumbbells and started moving. Next to the rubble. Every day.
FarmFit didn’t start as a business. It started as survival. One thing I could control when everything else was in flames.
Since then, I’ve trained hard, coached harder, and partnered with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become the best coach possible.
