The "Inner Game" Secret

In the bestseller book called "The Inner Game of Tennis", by Tim Gallwey he wrote the following:

"Every game is composed of two parts, an outer game, and an inner game. The outer game is played against an external opponent to overcome external obstacles and reach an external goal. Mastering this game is the subject of many books offering instructions on how to swing a racket, club, or bat, and how to position arms, legs, or torso to achieve the best results. But for some reason, most of us find these instructions easier to remember than to execute."

But how fitting are those words to Fitness!

Think about it...

Most books, magazines, trainers, and even influencers focus exclusively on the outer game of losing that stubborn fat and building lean muscles.

Talking about how to eat, exercise, supplements, and so forth, but what they neglect to pay attention to is that inner game, which I WILL argue is the most important of all

- MINDSET.

You have to be able to actually do it, and keep doing it every day, week, month, and year! Honestly, mastering the outer game of fitness is pretty straightforward.

Mastering that inner game is a whole other story. Building and maintaining an outstanding physique requires DISCIPLINE, no, I'm not just talking about your Nutrition and Exercise, but your LIFE. And for most Men and Women, this is as easy as shaving with an axe.

The two BIGGEST inner-game barriers are:

  • MOTIVATION

  • DISCIPLINE

Every day, people eagerly dive into fitness programs with high energy and motivation levels. However, it's common for that initial enthusiasm to wane over time. Skipping a few workouts or indulging in a cheat meal may seem harmless, but these small deviations can lead to a slippery slope back to old habits. Unfortunately, this loss of momentum often results in individuals giving up on their fitness journeys around the 3-month mark. I have seen this pattern happen over and over.

The truth is, all this is that FITNESS is hard, and no matter how ready you might be, if you do not see clear and consistent results, along with the progress of all the work you are doing in the kitchen & your exercise, it's natural for that motivation to diminish and to go back to where you were before you started.

I (we) want to make sure that doesn't happen to YOU! That is why in Farm Fit Training (FFT), the 2nd pillar to my program is just that MINDSET!!!

It's essential to cultivate a positive mindset and attitude toward your journey. Believe in your ability to succeed and focus on your strengths rather than dwelling on perceived weaknesses. Avoid negative self-talk and replace it with affirmations and positive thoughts. Surround yourself with supportive and like-minded individuals who can uplift and inspire you.

To be blunt and honest with you, I (we) want ALL of you reading this to be in a program like FFT that not only makes all the difference in your life, but delivers the goods!

That is why I (we) work on sharpening both your INNER and OUTER games. Educate yourself on what you are creating for yourself and WHY! Learning how to develop a winning mindset that'll empower you to overcome obstacles, and resist the temptations, or setbacks that we all have to experience.

Remember, developing the right mindset is an ongoing process. Stay focused, be kind to yourself, and embrace the journey. You can achieve your weight loss and strength training goals with a positive attitude and a commitment to consistent action.

TO BECOME AN UNSTOPPABLE VERSION OF YOURSELF...
